LC Industries understands that you value your personal information and our standard is to respect and protect your fundamental right to privacy. Our privacy policy is held to the highest standards of the internet. When purchasing from LC Industries (BuyLCI.com) you consent to the collection and use of your personal information. LC Industries will never sell, trade, give away or share in any way your information with any third party without first obtaining your express authorization. Your information is safe and will remain exclusively with LC Industries.

Shipping Policy

We charge a flat fee of $9.95 for shipping deliveries under $50.00 to the 48 contiguous states and District of Columbia. For locations outside of the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, specific freight cost quotes will be provided to the customer prior to order processing. Additionally, if you need LC Industries items expedited overnight, shipping charges will be incurred. Please notate on your order that you need the products the next day.

Large orders and furniture orderes requiring special delivery needs such as Inside Delivery or Lift Gate requirements must be indicated at time of order to ensure proper handling and delivery of your order in the manner you require. The fee structure for these special delivery services is noted below.

• Lift Gate Truck $75.00

Shipping & Claims for Shortage

All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours after merchandise is received. Our signed receipt from the transportation company for a shipment in good condition constitutes delivery and LC Industries responsibility ceases. All claims for loss or damaged are matters between the consignee and the transportation company. LC Industries is willing at times, however, to assist our customers with the collection of such claims.

Replacement and Return Policy

Returns must be made within 48 hours after merchandise is received. Returned merchandise will be accepted for credit only if in sealed and resalable condition, and after arrangements have been made with LC Industries for its return. In requesting authorization to return merchandise, the customer must provide the invoice or transaction number and date of purchase to insure prompt handling. Special order merchandise, food beverage and pharmaceutical products are not subject to return, except in case of error on the part of LC Industries. All returns not the result of an error by LC Industries will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition, return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.

LC Industries will replace the product in question if the product shipped was a result of LC Industries order fulfillment. The customer is asked to return the product utilizing the carrier of choice by LC Industries. LC Industries accepts the freight charges of its carrier of choice. The customer's GPC will be credited with the return upon receipt of the returned merchandise. LC Industries will, upon notification by the customer, ship the correct merchandise with next day delivery priority.

Shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Merchandise damaged in transit will be returned, freight collect, to LC Industries for claim against the outbound carrier. The customer will receive a replacement for the original item next day priority.

Resolution of any unresolved dispute for any replacement or return product will be referred to the e-Commerce Department.

Unfortunately, online purchases can NOT be returned to any store locations.

Security Statement

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using industry accepted encryption software. Any credit card transactions are handled through secure gateways. If you ever suspect that your password has been compromised, please notify an LC Industries representative immediately and we will update your account with a new password. LC Industries is not liable for measures beyond these and indemnifies itself against all such claims. By using this site you agree to these security terms and its liability.
